Room full of cheap, low quality items (toilet paper, tissues, soap, furniture, pillows, etc.)

The room was clean while the heating unit was a bit noisy at times.

We were very impressed with the room. An excellent value. The breakfast was also very nice. Will stay there again when in the area.

A tea pot would have been nice as one of us is a tea drinker. Some liquid dish soap would also be nice. We stayed two nights and using the dishwasher for a few items just didn't make sense.

The hotel itself was nice and clean with good facilities and reliable WiFi. .the beds were comfy, there was little noise.

I discovered that I had been overcharged for my room during my stay there. When I spoke to staff at the front desk they initially denied I had booked it for the price I had.. upon showing them evidence of my Booked.net reservation they finally changed the charged amount. However after I had left they charged me further $$ which I am yet to hear back from them as to why and what the charge was for..very dissapointing.

The staff were nice and breakfast was good. We were barely at the hotel except for 1 evening.

The shower was hard to turn on. We had to yank it. The jets in the hot tub did not work. Upon arrival we had barely any toilet paper. Over half of the tv channels had no volume. I was billed double and had to call manager.

The roads around it were under construction so it was hard to get to and the location of the room wasn't that great; you could hear people coming up the stairs all night.

The room was beautifully designed with a kitchenette, toilet flooded, at least for me. The location to the Chicago area for business was particularly good and perfect.

The area was quite dirty.

Room 216 was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a fantastic shower. Breakfast options were standard for the chain, but the limited fruit selection only included apples. Noise from other guests disrupted the peace , particularly on the second night, despite the staff's attempts to address it. Situated in a business park, lacks destinations within walking distance.

The staff and the hot tub being out of order with no sign in the pool room, not good!

Everyone was very friendly - if we needed anything we got it immediately.

Our carpet was damp in our room, but that was the only thing I didn't like.
